SafeStops Mobile App – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SafeStops mobile application (the “App”) provided by SafeStops Global, LLC (“SafeStops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

 

Account Registration

  1.  To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

 

Use of the App

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is not permitted.

 

You agree not to:

  1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  2. Attempt to access or use another user’s account without authorization.
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the App.
  4. Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  5. Use the App to harass, intimidate, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents, are owned by SafeStops or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written consent.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SafeStops does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SafeStops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

  1. Your use or inability to use the App.
  2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

Termination

SafeStops reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

 

Changes to Terms

SafeStops may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such change.

 

Governing Law
